Shipping Policy
- Although some orders will be processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. Please check individual items for processing time as each item are processed within a different time frame.
- Custom Made Orders will be processed in an extra 2-3 business days
- For your shipping time, Please allow 3-7 business days to receive your tracking number, most items as quoted by the carrier takes 4-15 business days to arrive at your location depending on your country.
- We ship some International Packages via DHL.
- A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has been processed and shipped
- You can also click the Track Order Menu on the website to Track your order.
- Accurate address and delivery information is required to ensure timely shipping and delivery.
- We are unable to redirect orders once they have shipped.
- We will inform you of any delays in shipping. Please note, that delays may arise during National holidays and Massive sale periods.
- We do not take responsibility for duties and taxes applied in the country of delivery.
Changing an order that has been placed is not guaranteed if an order has already been processed. If you have made a mistake with your order please contact us immediately at sales@bynelo.com

CANCELLATION POLICY Unfortunately you cannot cancel an order but do notify us if you have any problems with your order.
