Shipping Policy

Because many Bynelo products are made to order, orders may enter production shortly after they are placed. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@bynelo.com. We will let you know whether your request can be accommodated based on the current production or shipping status of your order. Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number. We will review the tracking information and work with the applicable shipping carrier where necessary to help locate your package. Shipping delays by a carrier do not automatically qualify an order for a refund. Please see our Refund Policy for information about refunds and eligible situations.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check: Around your front door or other delivery location With household members With neighbors With your building manager, concierge, or mailroom Any designated safe location used by the carrier You should also contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to request additional delivery information. If the carrier confirms that the package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, Bynelo cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for the shipment. However, please contact us before taking further action so we can review the tracking information and assist where possible.

We ship internationally to many destinations, including the United States and other countries around the world.

Shipping availability and delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched:

Shipping generally takes 8–15 business days.

In some cases, delivery may take up to 20 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

Please note that shipping time begins after your order has been dispatched, not when the order is placed.

We provide tracking information for shipped orders.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after an order has been shipped. This is normal and can vary depending on the carrier.

For orders containing multiple products, items may occasionally be shipped separately and may therefore arrive at different times.

Some Bynelo products are fulfilled through different production and shipping partners.

As a result, products from the same order may be produced or shipped separately and may arrive in different packages or at different times.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment where applicable.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery destination.

We offer free shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, and France on orders of $100 or more, where applicable.

Shipping offers may be subject to change and may not apply to every product or destination.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Please carefully review your shipping address, including your apartment, unit, ZIP/postal code, and any other relevant delivery information before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@bynelo.com.

We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered production or been shipped.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipment may be available at the customer's expense once the package has been received by our fulfillment facility.

Additional shipping and repackaging charges may apply.

Bynelo is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs policies vary by country. Please contact your local customs authority if you are unsure whether additional charges may apply to your order.

While we work with our production and shipping partners to deliver orders as efficiently as possible, delays can occasionally occur.
