Refund policy

At Bynelo, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Return Window

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Eligible Returns

  • Wrong size or incorrect item received.

  • Damaged or defective products upon arrival.

  • If you’ve simply changed your mind, we’re happy to issue store credit once the item is received back in good condition.

Process

  1. Contact us at [sales@bynelo.com] within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. We’ll guide you step by step on how to send the item back. 

    All returns are processed through our designated return address provided upon request, and we’ve successfully received returns from customers worldwide without any issues.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange, store credit, or refund.

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • For U.S. and international customers, we recommend tracked shipping for your peace of mind.

  • Please use a trackable courier that will deliver to our (returning address) as we will not be responsible for picking up your returned item from any postal office.

Some products are not refundable as stated below

  • Refund requests due to shipping delays, incorrect, or incomplete addresses are not eligible.
    Orders that are returned to sender or marked undeliverable by the courier due to an address error or omission provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

  • If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you may request to have it reshipped to a corrected address once it has been received back at our facility. A new repackage and shipping fee will apply for reshipment.

  • Bynelo is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or marked undeliverable due to inaccurate shipping information provided at checkout.

  • We do not offer refunds for delays caused by our partner couriers (USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, CNE, DPD, Hermes, etc.), customs clearance, or uncontrollable circumstances such as weather or import restrictions.

  • Items must be unused, have original tags attached, and be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear, and must be in resalable condition to qualify for any form of return or exchange.

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please email sales@bynelo.com for assistance.

It must also be in the original packaging. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@bynelo.com and our Customer Care team will assist you further. 

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping fees are not refundable except If the return was due to our error (for instance, we accidentally sent the wrong product), we will accept full responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return. We do not offer return labels, All Shipping costs in case of return or Exchanges will be paid by the customer. 

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued back either in the form of store credits or only to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please note that it can take 3-10 business days for the payment minus processing fees of (5.35%) to show on your account (depending on your financial institution or card issuer) after the refund has been processed.

Please keep in mind that refund requests due to shipping delays by our partner couriers (USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, CNE, DPD,HERMES etc) will not be eligible for refunds. However, please be assured that not only do we work closely with our partner couriers to make sure that your order gets to your doorstep, our Care Team may also assist you with information about filing a claim. Cancellation Policy

Orders go into production immediately after they’re placed to ensure timely fulfilment. Because of this, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel or modify orders once they’ve entered production. However, if you experience any issue with your order upon delivery, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.

RIGHTS RESERVED

We reserve the right to solely define, limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

  • Unverifiable billing and corresponding shipping address
  • An irregular or excessive returns history 
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or, potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
  • We also reserve the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject Returns and or Exchanges to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
  • We reserve the right to withhold a refund/exchange if goods are not returned in their original condition and/or if our goods have been damaged after point of sale through misuse or carelessness.
  • We reserve the right to refuse sale of any of our products at any time.
