Take your rug outside and shake off any loose dirt, direct sunlight will cause the color of your rug to fade, vacuum with a non rotary type attachment, professional cleaning is recommended , spot cleaning can be done with cold water, mild detergent is not recommended.

The print is beautiful and looks as it appears on site. However, I’m not happy with the quality. To me, the back is more like a bath mat. I have had it a month and it still doesn’t lay flat. I’ve laid a heavier rug on it to see if that would help, but it hasn’t.

We are so sorry for the inconvenience that we may cause you. Normally, the area rugs were folded in shipping to save the package volume, or the international shipping cost will be very high since it is a dimensional product.
Pls kindly put something much heavier upon the area rug or press it from the back. It will be helpful.
