BYNELO SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping to the U.S., U.K., Germany, and France for orders of $100 or above.


PROCESSING TIME

Although some orders are processed and shipped within 3–4 business days, please check individual items for specific processing times as each product may vary.
Custom-made orders require an additional 2–3 business days for processing.


SHIPPING TIME

Please allow 3–7 business days to receive your tracking number. Most items, as quoted by the carrier, take 7–15 business days to arrive at your location depending on your country.
We ship some international packages via DHL.


TRACKING INFORMATION

We provide tracking for every order once it has been shipped.
Each product may be shipped separately in a multi-item order from our various global partners, but rest assured, all items from your order will reach you safely.

Accurate address and delivery information are required to ensure timely delivery.
We are unable to redirect orders once they have shipped.
We will inform you of any delays in shipping.
Please note: Delays may occur during national holidays or major sales periods.
We do not take responsibility for duties and taxes applied in the destination country.


WHY IS MY ORDER SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

Bynelo partners with global merchants and artisans from regions such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, e.t.c
Depending on the item and origin of manufacture, returns are processed through our designated return address as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item(s) may take up to 4 weeks to arrive.

Changing an order that has already been processed is not guaranteed.
If you made a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately at sales@bynelo.com.

Out-of-stock items can be requested via sales@bynelo.com.
For express shipping, please email us before placing your order.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We do not provide return shipping labels.

A handling fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an “undeliverable” or incomplete address.
The customer is responsible for the original shipping charges plus the cost of returning the package to us.
This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.


🚨 INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.
Bynelo is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or marked as undeliverable due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it will not be eligible for a refund.
However, once received back at our facility, we can reship it to a corrected address upon request. A new shipping and repackage fee will apply.

A handling fee may also be charged for any order that is refused at delivery or returned due to an address error.
Please note that all shipping fees (original or reshipment) are non-refundable.


DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 2–7 days as packages may be delayed for various reasons.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, contact us within 5 days to file a claim.
We will assist you in coordinating with the courier to complete the investigation process.

Please note: Claims may take up to 30 days to complete depending on the shipping carrier.


PACKAGE UNDELIVERED

If after contacting the courier you still need help locating your package, please reach us via our Contact Form or email sales@bynelo.com and our Care Team will assist you.

Bynelo does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that carriers confirm as delivered.
We do not issue refunds or store credits for orders the courier marks as delivered.


RIGHTS RESERVED

We reserve the right to solely define, limit, refuse, or cancel orders at any time due to:

  • Unverifiable billing and corresponding shipping address

  • Irregular or excessive returns history

  • Altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items

  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity
