We offer free US/UK/GE/FR shipping on orders $100 & above.

  • All items on our website are made to order. This means that once you place an order, it goes into production, which usually takes about 3-7 business days.Although some orders will be processed and shipped within 3-7 business days. Please check individual items for processing time as each item are processed within a different time frame.
  • Custom Made Orders will be processed in an extra 2-3 business days.
  • For your shipping time, Please allow 3-15 business days to receive your tracking number, most items as quoted by the carrier takes 7-20 business days to arrive at your location depending on your country and sometimes may take an additional 10 business days extra.
  • We ship some International Packages via DHL.
  • Shipping to remote Islands take about 45-60 business days.

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped separately in a multi-item order situation from a different shipping partner across the globe but we assure you all the items from your order will be received safely by you.

  • Accurate address and delivery information is required to ensure timely shipping and delivery. 
  • We are unable to redirect orders once they have shipped. 
  • We will inform you of any delays in shipping. Please note, that delays may arise during National holidays and Massive sale periods.
  • We do not take responsibility for duties and taxes applied in the country of delivery.

Bynelo partners with global merchants and artisans from global areas such as Africa, Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item(s) may come in separately.

Changing an order that has been placed is not guaranteed if an order has already been processed. If you have made a mistake with your order please contact us immediately at sales@bynelo.com

Out of Stock items can be requested by emailing us at sales@bynelo.com For Express shipping please send us an email before you place your order.


Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We do not provide return shipping labels.

A handling fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" or incomplete address.

Customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This shipping amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

The package is indicated as "delivered" but the customer has not received their order?

We rely on tracking information. If the order tracking indicates "delivered", it won't be possible to raise a claim with us. ​Often, the package will have been left with the caretaker, a neighbour or the customer does not have a standardised box. If the letterbox is not standardised or the package cannot be left inside (because it contains too many products) or its small, the courier could also leave it at the post office.
We recommend that you go to the nearest post office with your tracking number and identity document in order to collect your order.

Bynelo will not cover the shipment of a new package in this case.


If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-7 business days because packages may be delayed for a variety of reasons. If you are experiencing a non-delivery situation or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 5 days to file a claim with the courier.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process.

Please Note: Claims can take up to 90 business days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used). 


If after the expected shipping time frame and you still have not received your order please contact us to assist you in locating your order. Kindly use our Contact Form or send us an email at sales@bynelo.com  and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you.

Refund requests due to shipping delays by our partner couriers (USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, CNE, DPD,HERMES etc) will not be eligible. We do not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or store credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

We reserves the right to solely define, limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to

  • Unverifiable billing and corresponding shipping address
  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or, Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
