Returns & Refunds
All of our items are personalized and made to order. Therefore, they are only eligible for a return if you have received a defective product (wrong color, wrong printing, size different from the one you ordered ...)
All claims for incorrectly printed / damaged / defective items must be submitted within 14 days of product receipt. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Complaints considered to be an error on our part will be the subject to an exchange or a refund.
If you notice a problem with your order, please contact us to let us know by attaching a photo showing the defect. The return address will be communicated to you after validation of your complaint.
In the event of a delivery failure resulting in the package being returned to us, we will send you an email to notify you. You can then opt for a new shipment of your package at your expense. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 4 weeks.
If you provide an address deemed insufficient by the postal service, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping once we confirm an updated address with you (if applicable).
Please always contact us before returning any product. Due to the personalization of the items, we do not refund orders if the buyer changes their mind . Returns when the customer changes his mind or wants a size exchange are not accepted. Please check the size guide for each item carefully.
Notice to EU consumers:
In accordance with article 16 (c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal cannot be provided for:
1.the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized
2. Sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and therefore cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
Most of our items are not eligible for the right of withdrawal due to their customization. Bynelo therefore reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
Bynelo does not accept returns of products such as, but not limited to, face masks as well as underwear / swimwear that are unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons.
By placing an order, you automatically accept our general terms and conditions of sale.

You are responsible for shipping costs on your returning item. All Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.
Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled.
If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange or to impose different or additional conditions.
